Finanzas Nuevas Analytics, S.A.P.I. de C.V., with registered address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Floor 22, Col. Juárez, Z.C. 06600, Mexico City, is responsible for processing the personal data we collect through finanzasnuevas.com, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its secondary provisions in force in 2026.
1. Data we collect
We collect only what you provide in the contact form: name, email and the message you decide to write. We also record basic technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.
2. Purpose of processing
We use your data to reply to your request, send information about the introductory panel and follow up by email. We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may use it, in aggregated form, for internal usage statistics.
3. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the express consent you provide when submitting the form and, where relevant, the legitimate interest of keeping the site technically secure. You may withdraw consent at any time, without retroactive effect.
4. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and afterwards for a maximum of 24 months for traceability. Once that period ends, data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Processors
We may rely on infrastructure and email providers located inside and outside Mexico. Each of them operates under a confidentiality agreement and with the security measures required by applicable regulations.
6. ARCO rights and portability
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, as well as to withdraw consent or request portability. Send your request to privacy@finanzasnuevas.com stating your full name and specific petition. We will respond within legal deadlines.
7. Transfers
We do not carry out transfers of your personal data that require your consent under Article 36 of the Law. Any internal transfer to processors takes place under the cases foreseen in Article 37.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect regulatory changes or improvements to the service. The updated version will be published on this page with the update date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
